David Berkowitz is the Head of Marketing at Storyhunter, the video production marketplace, where he runs all branding, product marketing, and demand generation. Previously, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at the social listening technology firm Sysomos. Prior roles include posts as the first Chief Marketing Officer of Publicis Groupe creative agency MRY, Vice President of Emerging Media of Dentsu agency 360i, and Director of Marketing of digital agency iCrossing. Earlier, he spent several years at research firm eMarketer as their editor and director of media relations; there, he published 175 interviews with leading executives and authors.

He has frequently appeared in media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, the Associated Press, and USA Today. His many university guest lectures include appearances at Yale, MIT, and NYU, along with a commencement address at his alma mater Binghamton University.
