The Social Media Speakers Bureau is run by AAA Internet Brands, LLC. This page explains how we handle information on socialmediaspeakersbureau.com, including the free tools.

What you give us

The contact form. If you enquire about booking a speaker, we collect your name, email, organization, and the event details you share, so we can respond and help with the booking.

What you type into the tools. The speaker fee calculator and speech topic generator record what you enter, such as event type, format, audience size, and topic, so we can see which tools are useful and what organizers are planning. If you give an email to receive the result, it is stored with that submission and added to our mailing list, where the form says so.

What we collect automatically

Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages and tools get used. Microsoft Clarity also records anonymized session replays, meaning a playback of mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling on a page. It is not linked to your name or email.

Approximate location. When you use a tool or submit a form, we record the country, state or region, and timezone your connection resolves to. We do not collect your city or coordinates, and we do not store your IP address.

Cookies

We do not set our own tracking cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own to measure traffic. You can block or delete these in your browser settings and the site will still work.

The AI tools

The topic generator and the written summary in the fee calculator send what you enter to Anthropic’s Claude API to produce a result. Fee estimates are estimates based on public ranges, not quotes, and not financial advice.

Speaker listings

Our directory profiles cover public professional information about speakers, such as their topics, background, and public booking details. If you are listed and want your profile changed or removed, contact us and we will handle it.

Who else handles your information

We use Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, Anthropic’s Claude API for the AI tools, Google Firebase for stored submissions, Resend to email ourselves when you submit a form, and our own self-hosted Listmonk and PocketBase servers for mailing list subscribers and form submissions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Mailing list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Booking enquiries and tool submissions are kept while they are useful for running the business and the site. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to how we process your information and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Use the contact form and tell us what you want done.

Children

This site is intended for event organizers and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
