The talk people remember
“You can still dunk in the dark”
Super Bowl XLVII, the lights go out in the Superdome, and Leo's team at 360i posts the tweet that is still the textbook example of a brand being fast and human. 10,000 retweets in under an hour, zero paid support, a Cannes Lion and a CLIO after.
That is the difference on stage: Leo is telling you about work he shipped, not a case study he read. Three years running Oreo's social internationally, the first Guinness World Record ever set through social media, then MarTech, a Fortune 500 AI Center of Excellence, and two university classrooms.

Social Media Strategy
How to build and execute a social media strategy that drives real business results. Platform selection, content planning, community management, and measuring what matters.
Influencer Marketing
The full lifecycle of influencer partnerships: finding the right creators, structuring deals, managing campaigns, and proving ROI to stakeholders.
AI Strategy for Marketers
Practical AI applications for marketing teams. How to integrate AI tools into your workflow without losing the human touch that makes great marketing work.
Motivational Speaking
From running an AOL community site as a kid to working with Fortune 500 brands, Leo shares the unconventional career path that shaped his approach to marketing, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Digital Citizenship
An insider's look at the attention economy from someone who spent sixteen years engineering it for brands like Oreo and Coca-Cola. Digital footprint, privacy, spotting manipulation, and what AI changes. For schools, faith groups, and community organizations. Practical, not preachy. See also our digital literacy speakers.
Career highlights
Leo ran an AOL community site as a kid, before social media existed as a concept. That early instinct for online community turned into a full career at the intersection of marketing and technology: JWT during the MySpace era, then three years at 360i running Oreo's social internationally.
He moved into MarTech and SaaS, leading Forrester Wave evaluations and running platform training for Mondelez across 50 countries, 30+ brands, and 10 languages. He also worked in-house at Hormel Foods and at international agency Build & Inspire.
Today Leo leads social media and influencer marketing in-house for major brands and sits on the AI Center of Excellence for a Fortune 500 company. He has taught digital marketing and MarTech as an adjunct professor at Iowa State University and West Virginia University.
